Senior Program Director FHCN-Administration Full Time 85374BR Job Summary Independently oversees three abortion and reproductive health workforce programs at UCSF School of Nursing (SON) and represents the program to outside organizations. Oversees all administrative operations, finance, human resources and facilities for these programs. Serves as UCSF School of Nursing (SON)-wide expert on reproductive health workforce training and policy to internal and external constituencies. Designs and develops major program components, and administers the full range of the programs' operational requirements. Works with faculty on formulating short-term planning and procedures. Works under direction of Principal Investigators to establish program agendas, funding, objectives. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $174,000 (Annual Rate). To learn more about the benefits of working at UCSF, including total compensation, please visit: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/compensation-and-benefits/index.html Department Description The Family Health Care Nursing Department in the School of Nursing is home to three initiatives dedicated to expanding knowledge about abortion and reproductive justice and creating new training opportunities for nurses and midwives: the Abortion Care Training Incubator for Outstanding Nurse Scholars (ACTIONS) program and two Reproductive Health Service Corps grants. In collaboration with the PIs on these grants, the incumbent would oversee and cross-coordinate the ACTIONS fellowship, the RHSC evaluation, and RHSC-funded training opportunities for SON students and practicing APRNs.
