Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and review specifications to produce software implementations that align with the overall product's software architecture and technology stack, following the Software Development Life Cycle process.
• Design and deliver reusable software components following platforming design principles.
• Advocate for product quality and deliver all design artifacts that meet or exceed quality standards.
• Ideate to bring innovations and drive proof of design concepts when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with 6+ years of relevant experience in software projects.
• Working knowledge in configuration management tools such as Git.
• Working knowledge of build automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, CMake.
• Working knowledge of modern software development tool chain - languages (C++/Java/Node/Python), IDE (Visual Studio/Code).

Desired Technical Expertise:

• Experience in full-stack software design and development.
• Collaborative software development experience.
• Experience participating in development activities in the healthcare domain.
• Ability to analyze, design, and develop a software solution.
• Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, testing, integration, etc.).
• Development experience on Linux/X86 systems.

Compensation:
