        | Remote Type |  | Fully Remote |  |  |  | Description Job Summary: As a Sales Representative I - Commercial, you are responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining a book of business. This role focuses on expanding the company's customer base, presenting solutions to potential clients, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory or market. Essential Functions: 
 
     
 Identify, develop, and purse new business opportunities to generate leads, expand the client base, and increase revenue.Maintain and grow assigned customer accounts by ensuring consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Lead end-to-end sales cycles including proposal development, negotiation of pricing and terms, and successful closure of deals.Serve as a consultant to clients by understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Conduct regular check-ins, discovery meetings, product demos, and review calls with clients.Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound efforts, including calls, email campaigns, events, and referrals.Effectively manage assigned geographic territory, ensuring strategic coverage, efficient scheduling, and prioritization of high-potential opportunities.Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and client interactions using the CRM system.Collaborate across departments to ensure a coordinated approach to client success.Continuously seek feedback and advocate for enhancements to service delivery and product offerings to ensure customer satisfaction.All other duties as assigned.

 Ability to remain organized and self-directed.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve client issues effectively.Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
 
 
 Minimum Requirements: 
 
     
 High School DiplomaFive years account management or sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment preferredPrint and/or publishing experience preferred
 
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 
 
     
 Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work or role with up to 5 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.Able to translate previous work experience into very good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems and may receive guidance for problems that are non-routine.Able to apply very good functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC or other technical tools to complete work assignments.May require knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position such as CRM.Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.Able to understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.Valid Driver's License
