The hiring range for this role is:

60,122.68 - 88,993.11

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Description Summary:

The role supports overall governance and workgroup business operations, administration, training, and issue
resolution. It is responsible for quality assurance, process improvements, managing small-scale projects, and
contributing to the overall quality and value of governance and workgroup operations. The role involves extensive
interaction with Plan staff, including executive-level staff and external partners, and provides executive support to
the former CEO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Workgroup Operations:

  • Administer and support BCBSA Workgroups, including research and complex inquiries.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert/administrator for applications/processes

  • Manage workgroup membership and audit programs.

  • Develop relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Document and communicate status and issue resolution.

Governance Operations:

  • Administer and support key business operations.

  • Manage the schedule for governance meetings.

  • Coordinate activities, identify conflicts, and secure necessary quorums.

  • Manage the BCBSA Executive Directory process.

BCBSA Customer Complaint Process:

  • Manage member complaints received via various channels.

  • Handle Protected health information/Personally identifiable information documentation unwaveringly according to Health insurance portability & accountability act regulations.

  • Ensure appropriate issue escalation and resolution.

Ad Hoc Requests/Projects:

  • Support various projects and provide executive support to the former CEO.

  • Assist BCBSA Human Resources senior management with the Compensation Subcommittee.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Educational:

* Preferred - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

* Required - 3+ Years

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Proficient organizational and project management skills.

* Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Experience with BoardVantage preferred

* Experience with ServiceNow Preferred

* Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
