JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Process daily shipment data from suppliers and manage the input into the IFS system
*Monitor and place daily orders into supplier systems
*Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
*Is self-motivated and able to work independently
*Is a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
*Is detail and results oriented with the ability to plan daily activities to meet delivery goals
*Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.
*Complies with company rules and policies while following instructions from supervisory and management personnel
*Other duties or tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*High school diploma/GED
*Minimum of two years of experience in Inventory Control, Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehousing or similar field
*Proficient in MS Office Suite
*Ability to prioritize and plan the daily work
*Ability to work in a team
*Analytical skills including utilizing a well-ordered approach to solving problems
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
