The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position assists the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and handling various administrative tasks related to hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews using Workday-Outlook AI and partnering with Executive Assistants.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and process expenses.
  • Initiate and review background checks.
  • Maintain data integrity with candidate start dates and location.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment workflows.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives, career events, and job fairs as needed.
  • Process invoices and manage recurring TA billing in Palette and SAP.
  • Prepare reports and metrics related to recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure all hiring documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Set up and maintain Agency contracts, processes, and compliance in WorkDay.
  • Collaborate with the TA leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the TA recruiting process.
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support role.
  • Familiarity with Workday and billing systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
