Overview

The Senior Program Manager will partner directly with the assigned Client Engagement Lead, clinical, coding, and reporting team leads and will focus on the execution and delivery of the Cotiviti Prospective Payment Products and Services for an enterprise level account. The Senior Program Manager will directly own and manage enterprise level account activity and is responsible to oversee critical aspects of our engagement for our Prospective Payment solution set. The Senior Program Manager will leverage their deep healthcare, analytics and project management knowledge to deliver the highest quality of services to Cotiviti clients.



Responsibilities

    This role will be fully accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to enterprise level account within the Prospective Payment Portfolio. This will require the Senior Program Manager to partner very closely with the Client Engagement Lead as well as other teams across the organization.
  • Fully accountable for ensuring that open issues are managed in a timely manner and that no key milestones are missed.
  • Responsible and Accountable for ensuring that the savings and opportunities as well as mitigation activities are aligned with the anticipated revenue.
  • Accountable for supporting growth and optimization of our products and solutions within the assigned customer's account ensuring the client receives ROI for their investment. Identify issues and obstacles that may hinder success and ensure the appropriate Cotiviti resources are working to correct these issues.
  • Develop and provide ongoing management of the client's data impact on Cotiviti solutions; which includes creating and presenting analytic data trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring open items are managed through resolution.
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is required; Relevant Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of health care industry experience with a health plan, TPA, or vendors of data analytics or claims processing technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful client/program management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Payment Accuracy or related Healthcare IT space.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the deliverables of a large client dealing with a broad range of services. Ability to foster relationships at the appropriate level within the Client organization and take full accountability for managing client escalations.
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures.
  • Formal training in enterprise project management methods, healthcare analytics, data governance and process management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytic critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to summarize detailed data points at the executive level to present key impact.
  • Proven success in preparing and delivering presentations that convey information critical to the audience and adjusting to meet changing audience needs.
  • Ability to listen and understand information and ideas, whether presented.

Base compensation ranges from $115,000 to $155,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
