Liberty Village serves as a steppingstone between homelessness and more stable, long-term housing options, offering individualized case management and staff support to help these young adults develop the critical life skills needed to improve their chances of success in getting off the streets for good. Position Description Primarily responsible for supervising Residential Counselors, coordinating work assignments, ensuring safety of the clients, and providing direct child care. Physical Requirements Continuous walking, standing, climbing, lifting of objects for 6 - 7 hour shifts. Ability to effectively restrain using proper behavior support and techniques when needed. Ability to read and write. Must be flexible, may have to work extended shifts.
