Title: Payroll Specialist (Off-Cycle)

Role: The Off-Cycle Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing payroll outside of the regular payroll schedule. This role ensures that employees receive timely and accurate payments for various reasons, such as missed payments, bonuses, or one-time adjustments. The specialist will work closely with the corporate payroll team and facility staff to maintain compliance with payroll regulations and enhance overall payroll efficiency. Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing, with strong proficiency in payroll software such as APD WorkforceNow and UKG Kronos.

Qualifications:



  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on off-cycle payroll preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (APD WorkforceNow, UKG Kronos) and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and payroll calculations, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and collaborate with team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze payroll issues and implement effective solutions promptly

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$31.50 $36 USD
