Description

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation, cleansing, and governance practices.
  • Utilize SQL and other query languages to extract and manipulate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visual storytelling.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, metrics, and analytical best practices within the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards.
  • Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values.

Education
Bachelors of Finance (preferred)
Experience
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (preferred)
Experience with data modeling, and ETL processes. (preferred)
Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. (required)
Understanding of statistical analysis, including regression, predictive, and cluster analysis; knowledge of data modeling and integration (ETL) designs and approaches (required)
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker). (required)
3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred. (preferred)
