This position is responsible for ticket sales strategy to optimize ticket pricing, on-sale timing, and promotional strategies for PGA TOUR Events. This role will be responsible for ticket admission revenue performance by leveraging data, developing pricing frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to maximize revenue and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required

  • Ten to fifteen years related experience required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in in the computerized ticketing industry or related field. Proven management/leadership experience is also required

  • Archtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems experience required

  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred, but not required

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills required

  • Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools required, as well as, familiarity with accounting procedures and principles

Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic pricing models based on market trends, historical performance, customer behavior, and competitor benchmarks

  • Regularly review and adjust pricing to respond to market behavior

  • Design and implement effective ticket-on-sale strategies, including presale, general sale, staggered release, and inventory holdbacks

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and partners to align on launch timelines, segmentation tactics, and messaging

  • Forecast sales pace and monitor early indicators to refine strategies in real-time

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor daily sales performance across all channels and events, identifying variances and opportunities

  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to internal stakeholders

  • Perform post-event analysis to assess pricing effectiveness, promotional performance, and conversion trends

  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue, sell-through rates, and fan engagement

  • Test and iterate on ticketing tactics (e.g., bundles, time-based pricing, flash sales) to drive incremental sales

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and introduce innovative pricing and promotional strategies

  • Special projects or other duties as assigned

  • Contribute to departmental goals and operations
