Summary: The Finance Manager plays a critical role in supporting the financial oversight and operational execution of COGS and Opex management. This role assists in financial reporting, budget oversight, vendor management, and strategic financial analysis to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The Manager will collaborate closely with finance leaders, procurement, legal, and operational teams to drive financial performance and decision-making. Given the fast-paced nature of the role, on-site engagement and real-time responsiveness are essential. Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with Ad Sales, Consumer, Digital, Procurement, and Legal teams to align financial objectives and improve operational efficiencies. Operational Execution & Support: Ensure smooth execution of Opex and COGS-related disbursements, working to remove financial barriers to execution while adhering to established controls. Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive efficiencies. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Participate in key financial review meetings, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support the finance team in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting COGS and Opex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Budget & Forecasting Support: Assist in maintaining accurate budget tracking, forecast updates, and variance analysis for all COGS and Opex-related expenses. Invoice Processing & Vendor Liaison: Review, approve, and code invoices for revenue-related cost centers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and minimizing errors. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure all financial transactions and reporting align with company policies and U.S. regulatory requirements. Support for Leadership: Assist in preparing financial summaries, presentations, and reports for senior finance stakeholders. Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects: Provide analytical support for various finance-related projects as assigned.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in related field Salary Range: 100,000-120,000
