Director, Business Development

Successful candidates have experience in sales, marketing and business development area, developing new business models to bring innovative solutions to customers. Experience of working closely with engineering team and customers to develop and optimize product offering is highly desired.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, optimal revenue models, pricing, and new product development strategies

• Driving the organization's growth by building strategic relationships and enhancing the organization's market presence

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners and customers

• Work closely with customers and internal developmentteams to develop and enhance product offerings, demonstrate product value

• Business travel up to 50% expected

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with15+years of related experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience in semiconductor business.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
