Job Description Summary The Employer Relations Coordinator is an integral part of the Employer Relations Outreach team, focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative, logistical, and system-oriented responsibilities to support employer engagement and student recruiting efforts. Key functions include providing general administrative support to staff and leadership, assisting with the planning and execution of on-campus recruiting activities and employer events, managing critical administrative tasks within the Handshake system, and supporting the sourcing of job and internship opportunities. The coordinator also assists with special projects and events as needed.Job Description Essential Functions:
