AEM Author

This position will be an individual contributor supporting either the AEM migration efforts for new acquisitions or existing business units.

Create and edit content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support the development of web pages, microsites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, corporate standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create engaging, informative, and accurate content.
• Maintain and organize digital assets within the AEM system, ensuring proper tagging, metadata, and taxonomy.
• Configure and manage workflows, templates, components, and content structures within AEM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AEM content authoring.

Required:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with content management systems (CMS).
* Background in web design and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively troubleshoot and customize AEM components and templates. Ability to use dev tools to inspect the source in the browser.
* Experience with Language Copy and Multi Site Manager for multi-language and content localization in AEM.
* Knowledge of AEM workflows, content structures, and taxonomy management.
* Experience with quality assurance (QA) testing methodologies and tools for digital content.
* Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
* Familiarity with browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
* Experience working with Jira in an Agile environment.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills as this AEM environment is very complex and challenging.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client working relationships.
