Adobe is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the GenStudio for Performance Marketing Engineering team. We're seeking a motivated leader eager to join our mission by supporting a team of engineers, encouraging collaboration, and helping deliver high-quality, user-focused web applications that drive business for the world's top brands.

What You Will Do

As a manager at Adobe, you will help guide and support a team group of skilled front-end engineers in crafting and maintaining engaging web experiences. You'll engage closely with product managers, designers, and back-end teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the technical planning and execution of front-end projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Providing mentorship and career development support to engineers, encouraging a culture of learning and growth.
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to align priorities, guide technical dependencies, and improve development workflows.
  • Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team brainstorming sessions to drive technical quality.
  • Championing standard methodologies in front-end development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability.
  • Helping track team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in front-end and back-end engineering, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
  • Some experience leading or mentoring engineers, contributing to project planning, or supporting team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and development standard processes.
  • Prior experience in generative AI space with building products.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to cloud environments like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and drive team success.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $132,700 -- $267,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
