Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is charged with the responsibility of all aspects of a multi-shift heat exchanger coating facility ensuring team member Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) to achieve or exceed budget. Key Responsibilities
This position has the responsibility to provide leadership to seven or more subordinate staff who oversee 50+ employees. The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all plant operating departments. He/she carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Duties include leading daily continuous improvement activities, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
