About the Role As a Product Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for developing feature/function specifications on new or legacy products. You will be responsible for increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new products for the company.As a Product Manager, you will contribute to a variety of areas, including: Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Set the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product. Guide strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality tradeoffs and release schedule for a product
- Perform competitive analysis and providing recommended strategies to improve product market position
Product Development and Coordination
- Coordinate all the activities required to bring new functionality to market
- Direct cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure dependencies for product delivery are met
- Manage the flow of information among project workgroups during development and testing
- Work closely with Marketing and Support to ensure go-to-market tasks are completed
Business Analysis and Solution Development
- Analyze business related issues to formulate and develop new or modified solutions.
- Identify areas where systems solutions will meet the client needs
Client and Stakeholder Support
- Act as a point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with the Product Development team to address any issues that may arise
- Support client facing teams in client engagement and retention activities
About You You're a good fit for the role of Product Manager if you have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in product management, some of that in early to mid-stage startups
- Ability to clearly communicate the product vision and strategy, and promote the products core functionality, values, and benefits
- Strong strategic thinking skills. Time-management, prioritization, and conflict management skills
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams via diplomacy and tact
- Excellent team - and relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external parties
- Experienced with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Spirit of creativity with deep understanding of clients and commitment to diving into the weeds on their challenges
- Ability to achieve results with broad performance guidelines and often changing priorities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $101,640 - $188,760.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
