Job Summary:
As a Director, Digital Strategy, you will be an integral part of our team by leading analysts who are responsible for running and optimizing paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns. In this role, you will provide team leadership as well as participate in strategic discussions with the team to achieve online marketing success for our clients
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Digital Marketers & Analysts across the Marketing Services organization to deliver client work and always-on campaigns
  • Work closely with team members to meet client goals
  • Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide insights and suggestions for campaign performance improvement
  • Partner with account leaders across Omnichannel Services to refine the current strategy to deliver always-on data driven campaigns and how best to maximize the ROI for our customers
  • Establish and refine best practices and frameworks for Digital Marketing and Advertising that leverages Healthgrades' data and science to deliver immersive experiences that drive a behavioral change and can be assessed against ROI and KPI goals including patient acquisition and retention
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of business experience with a strong track record of success in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Operations and/or Conversion Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Technical expert level knowledge of strategy, planning and buying within the programmatic ecosystem: SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks and Trading Desks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
