About the role: This is a unique and compelling opportunity to join Boston Scientific as the Director, HR Business Partner for the global WATCHMAN Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) business, part of our Cardiology group. The WATCHMAN team is dedicated to advancing stroke prevention through a one-time, minimally invasive procedure that permanently reduces stroke risk for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. In this pivotal leadership role, you will help accelerate the growth of WATCHMAN and expand access to this life-changing therapy for patients around the world. As a key member of this purpose-driven team, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategies behind one of Boston Scientific's most transformative innovations in structural heart care.
