Maintenance Technician - Electrical The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the operational reliability and uptime of production and facility equipment through expert-level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. This role supports high-speed manufacturing operations and requires a strong background in electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting- Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools. - Maintain and troubleshoot industrial control systems, including PLCs and HMIs. - Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and parts usage reports accurately. - Follow all plant safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements. - Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field. - Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals. - Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Benefits https://careers.niagarawater.com/us/en/benefits * *Los Angeles County applicants only** Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the California Fair Chance Act, and any other applicable local and state laws.
