Overview RN Clinical Capacity Expediter - Transfer Center Days, Monday-Friday, Full-time Onsite: Des Moines, IA This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of patient flow within the hospitals. This position is responsible for supporting coordination of patient flow, monitoring bed availability, and facilitating timely transitions to optimize hospital capacity and ensure high-quality patient care across the system. This position works collaboratively with clinical teams and other hospital departments to ensure patients transition to appropriate care settings while minimizing delays and avoiding bottlenecks in the patient care process.
