Do you thrive in team environments and enjoy management? As a Rental Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to be part of a world-leading winter resort and play a vital role in inspiring and leading the team around you. Involves supervising a team of rental technicians, coordinating rental activities, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional guest service. Supervisor reports to the Rental Manager and works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ideal learning environment for individuals looking to build a career with one of North America's leading resorts. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ski industry experience preferred, rental shop. Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using operational software and other computer applications. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory management principles. Job may require performing duties such as lifting (40 pounds), shoveling snow, working in adverse weather conditions and direct sun.
