Medical technology company is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant with strong analytical, communication, and technical skills. The role involves product costing, variance analysis, inventory management, and financial modeling in a fast-paced environment. They are looking to get someone started quickly and for the right fit there is an opportunity for conversion in the future. This position is onsite M-F with some flexibility to work from home. Key responsibilities include analyzing cost variances and inventory trends, supporting financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring accurate inventory records, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and driving process improvements. Knowledge of SOX compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
