Position Title: Customer Service Representative Duration: 6+ Months Location: Grayslake, IL 60030 Work Arrangement: 100% On-site Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (25 hours/week; additional hours may be available based on interest and availability) Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative will support the ACPRU (Advanced Clinical Pharmacology Research Unit) by assisting in clinical trial subject recruitment through the Call Resource Management System. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient communication and a positive experience for study volunteers. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, assisting with volunteer check-in procedures, and greeting participants upon arrival. The role is essential to the success of clinical trial operations and must adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.\ Key Responsibilities:
