Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our client on a Temp to Hire opportunity located in Tolleson AZ Day Shift: M-F 9am-5:30pm Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour Temp-to-Hire opportunity Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders. Accurately label and store materials in designated locations, maintaining clear and orderly inventory records. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to minimize discrepancies. Prepare materials and products for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing. Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers or distribution centers. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling machinery, in a safe and efficient manner. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting Using Forklifts Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Proficient in warehouse management systems Able to lift heavy loads and work in a physically active environment Must bring steel-toe or composite safety shoes Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
