The Marketing Manager will:

  • Manage and coordinate internal marketing research and market claims testing and data analysis.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets based on collection and validation of customer and field insights.
  • Execute marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met.
  • Determine and execute effective product portfolio and P&L management through forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and innovation performance tracking.
  • Lead efforts to effectively drive sales activation and increase product sales within portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Admn, Marketing or a related field or foreign equivalent and two (2) years of experience in product development and developing marketing strategy and sales growth tactics.
  • Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") defining product marketing strategy and leading cross-functional activities to align company activities with greatest business opportunity.
  • DE initiating and conducting Voice of Customers and Voice of Business methods by developing and using survey methods (interviews, qualitative surveys, quantitative surveys) to explore innovation opportunities and pricing models, and validate innovation concepts.
  • DE developing business cases for new innovation, including building market sizing models to quantify market size and addressable market opportunity.
  • DE facilitating development and testing of value propositions and collecting competitive intelligence.
  • DE developing and presenting complex business strategies to organizational leaders to drive alignment and secure resources for major initiatives.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$144,019.00 - $175,800 / year Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
