As a People Operations Coordinator you will be a member of Cision's global People Operations team, supporting employees throughout their full lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, creating and maintaining personnel records, employment changes in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and supporting with ad hoc people related inquiries. You will also act as a strategic partner to your People Partner colleagues supporting the US, and you will work very closely with stakeholders in our US group companies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordination and processing of people related data and documentation related to but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employment contract changes for the US markets. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment verifications, and right to work checks. Organize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of personnel records within the HRIS and payroll platforms. Provide a first-class level of support to employees based in the US, across Cision and Brandwatch, by helping to manage a People team inbox and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner. Work closely with our internal payroll team to collate and manage accurate and timely data before each pay cycle. Engage with Talent Acquisition partners and IT to ensure procurement of IT equipment is issued for new starters in a timely fashion. Conduct/ facilitate pre-employment reference checks liaising with a third-party vendor. Work with the global People Operations HRIS team to conduct mass uploads into the system as needed. Support the People Partners with general administration and special projects as needed. Liaise with the global People Operations reporting team to obtain data and insights as needed.
