Overview
Overview SCOPE: A Medical Concierge Liaison combines elements of patient support, sales event coordination, and brand advocacy, acting as a point of contact for Primary Care patients while also promoting the organization's services. They may handle scheduling, referrals, and ensure patient satisfaction, while also potentially participating in sales events and building brand awareness. In essence, a Medical Concierge acts as a patient advocate, a liaison between different departments, and potentially a sales representative and brand ambassador, all while contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of patients. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Medical Concierge Responsibilities:
Assisting patients with navigating the practice system, scheduling appointments, making referrals, and addressing concerns.
Serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff, communicating effectively and empathetically.
Maintaining accurate patient records, including electronic and hard copies.
Managing appointment schedules, coordinating with various departments and providers, and rescheduling no-shows.
Ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized service, addressing inquiries, and anticipating needs. Sales Event Coordinator/Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: Sales Event

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
