The Opportunity

At Adobe, we're reshaping how people create using the power of Generative AI-and we're excited about what's ahead! We're looking for someone to help us make sure users don't just try our products-they come back, stay engaged, and get real value from them.

In this role, you'll focus on user retention and engagement across both free and paid users for one of Adobe's highest-priority Gen AI products. You'll work closely with product, marketing, analytics, and other partners to build experiences that help people discover what's possible and keep coming back for more.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with teams across product, marketing, and analytics to understand the full user journey
  • Identify areas where users drop off or get stuck-and help us fix them
  • Design and improve onboarding, re-engagement, and habit-forming programs across email, in-app, and push
  • Analyze behavior and campaign performance to find insights that drive better engagement
  • Support new feature launches with strategies that boost awareness and adoption
  • Share what's working (and what's not) so we can learn and grow together
  • Keep the focus on what matters most-our users!

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM, product-led growth, engagement, lifecycle marketing, or product strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of what drives user retention and how to design for long-term engagement
  • Experience building and optimizing cross-channel programs (email, in-product, push, etc.)
  • A data-centric mindset-you're comfortable diving into metrics, identifying patterns, and using insights to guide decisions
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and practical actions
  • A collaborative approach-you enjoy working across teams to get things done
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to create great user experiences
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
