Core Competencies:

This position will be based in Salt Lake City, UT, San Diego, CA or Louisville, CO. The role requires great attention to detail, organization, technology proficiency and the ability to work on multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary title as requested in support of the submission of Lease and Purchase agreements to the Real Estate Legal team.
  • Work closely with land acquisition managers to support data management in the company CRM
  • Support project documentation and contract management
  • Asist with tracking and entering key data from documents for the purpose of reporting, acquisition efforts to multiple cross functional teams.
  • Assist with key project contract and document deliverables
  • Help improve processes across the team through data management
  • Appropriately prioritizes work duties and assignments in line with AES values and goals.
  • Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with the Company's many different types of landowners and vendors
  • Experience processing Master Services Agreements and Task Orders related to land management functions
  • Work closely with the Land Acquisition, Land Compliance, and Strategic Development Team to ensure land strategy algins with and supports AES overall development plan for future growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 - 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience with real estate or legal documents
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, project/construction management, real estate, GIS or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, QuickBase, Box, Microsoft Teams, ArcGIS and Google Earth
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter, very self-reliant and capable of operating with minimum supervision
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Record of accomplishment in helping to coordinate land campaign budgets and project timelines
  • Ability to maintain a strong working knowledge of the Company's land position and related contracts in assigned areas and their impact on obligations.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $71,000 and $85,850/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
