Staffmark is now hiring Warehouse Production Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Stuarts Draft, VA-where every shift is a step closer to something sweet. Schedule: Requires availability to work 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift, weekends and overtime. Pay Rate: When assigned to1st shift- $16.50/hr. When assigned to 2nd & 3rd shift- $17.50/hr. Essential Tasks: Operate assigned processing or packaging equipment Perform quality checks (metal detector, date code, weight systems) Complete daily production and quality paperwork Assist with housekeeping tasks (restrooms, cafeteria, offices, etc.) Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Maintain clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Two years of manufacturing experience preferred. High school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Must be 18 years old at the time of hire. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs. Requires basic computer skills.
