Be responsible for accurately handling customer orders, providing information on product availability, pricing, and order status, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tire brands and specifications. This role coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolves customer complaints professionally, updates records in the CRM system, and supports sales efforts through cross-selling and upselling relevant tire products. Qualified candidates will have computer literacy, be customer service oriented, and have strong attention to detail. Must have order processing experience, problem solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
