Interprets, administers, coordinates, and directs strategic instructional activities which may include leadership supervision of faculty and instruction-related staff. Provide assistance in the planning, development, implementation, coordination of various programs and initiatives within the Provost's Office. Directly supervises Program Team Leads, developing leaders that support TSTC's faculty teams. Substantial partnership with statewide deans and directors of industry alignment and innovation. This position helps shape TSTC's learning environment for students and overall growth and health of instructional programs. This position works under the general direction of the appropriate campus Provost within the statewide college and serves in the absence of the Provost. The Associate Provost may represent TSTC to external stakeholders, including community partners and regional industry leaders.Salary Range: 88,768 - 101,980 The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. They must be capable of making data-driven decisions that enhance the college's performance, including student success rates, faculty engagement, and financial health. Communication and Influence: Ability to articulate the college's vision, values, and strategies to different stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Should be persuasive and influential, capable of inspiring and mobilizing others towards common goals. They should champion new teaching methods, technologies, and business practices that enhance the college's competitiveness and student learning experiences.
