Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Cyber Security Location(s): Columbus, OH About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, OH, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion for the right candidate. You will be the face of Talent Acquisition for our Cyber Security team, which is based locally in Columbus. Key Responsibilities: * Manage full lifecycle recruiting for 20-30 technical roles per week. * Source, screen, and hire top talent across roles such as: * Cyber Security * Cloud Security * Security Analytics * CyberArk * Developers, Engineers, and Managers * Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates. * Utilize ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting. * Represent the company brand and values in all candidate interactions. Required Qualifications: * 10-15 years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Cyber Security roles. * Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus. * Experience recruiting in FinTech or corporate recruiting environments preferred; agency experience will also be considered. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills | |
