Named a Top 100 Accounting Firm and Top Workplace USA, we're recognized for exceptional employee engagement and dedication in helping our clients solve problems, navigate complexity, and build a foundation for sustainable growth.

In 2018, we became a certified B Corporation (B Corp ). The B Corp certification distinguishes companies that use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. It helps us better assess how our core values align with our daily operations and identify where we can improve.

Summary;

The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue for our rapidly growing Sustainability and Audit & Assurance practices. This is a full-cycle sales role that includes generating new business through outbound efforts, managing inbound interest, cross-selling and expanding existing relationships, and leading renewals for sustainability services. You'll help organizations align with leading sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, ISSB (SASB/TCFD), and CDP, comply with emerging regulatory requirements such as the California Climate Accountability Package (SB 253/261), CSRD and EUDR, and achieve certifications like B Corp and EcoVadis-as well as connect them to high-quality financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, and other assurance services.

The preferred locations for candidates in this role are GMT, CET, or EST time zones to facilitate better collaboration across our US and European teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through targeted outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and partner referrals
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities by aligning Sensiba's sustainability and audit services with client needs

  • Continuously refine sales messaging and processes based on client feedback and market insights
  • Stay up-to-date on ESG standards and frameworks, audit trends, and industry best practices through training and self-learning

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales-ideally in SaaS, ESG, sustainability, or compliance-related industries
  • A track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing new business
  • Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, GHG Protocol, CDP) and SaaS platforms such as Greenly, Workiva, Persefoni, or Watershed
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools-Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and marketing automation platforms a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to tailor messaging and navigate complex conversations
  • A genuine interest in sustainability, audit services, and helping organizations meet financial and ESG reporting needs
