This full-time, University Staff (unclassified) position will work with the Director of Health Professions and faculty advisors to provide exceptional academic advising for undergraduate students who have declared pre-health as an area of emphasis and post-baccalaureate students returning to enhance their academic qualifications for application for professional health programs or careers. The successful candidate for this position should be prepared to articulate their passion for supporting diverse college students through a developmental and culturally responsive orientation to health professions advising. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate their experience working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team to support a high volume of students. Compensation and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $52,000 - $56,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
