Competitive pay: $35 per hour Stable schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Comprehensive benefits: Paid training, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual, and more Opportunity for professional development and career advancement Work with a respected company committed to employee success and innovation Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and operations A valid Massachusetts Refrigeration Journeyman License Expertise in HVAC system maintenance, electrical wiring, plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, and locksmithing Proficient in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and reading blueprints/schematics Knowledge of chemical water treatment for steam and non-potable water systems Strong understanding of indoor air quality (IAQ), CFC regulations, and building codes Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities Supervise maintenance staff as assigned and report to Project Manager, MCLP, or Property Manager Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, steam, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair gas and oil-fired burners, controls, and electro-mechanical equipment Conduct building inspections and HVAC equipment rounds, maintaining detailed logs and reports Assist licensed tradespeople and engineers with complex repair and maintenance tasks Train and orient new employees on building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures Maintain accurate records including time sheets, repair history, and parts inventory Support energy conservation initiatives and assist with equipment planning and estimating Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards Apply Now for This Maintenance Technician Career Opportunity!
