Enter journal entries to the general ledger and prepares various accounting statements and financial reports.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Accounting Associate: Hourly based on experience plus annual bonus.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Accounting Associate Responsibilities Include:

• Performs general ledger entries.

• Prepares various accounting statements.

• Prepares various financial statements.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Accounting Associate Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.

• Abilityto multi-task.

• Abilityto work at a fast pace.

• Advanced problem solving and process improvement abilities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
