This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with a solid background in crane and hydraulic system maintenance and a passion for safety, efficiency, and mechanical precision.

Hours & Pay:

Shift: 6:00 AM start time; must be flexible to accommodate production needs

Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do Each Day:



  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and other hydraulic components
  • Conduct mechanical repairs such as replacing bearings, cables, seals, and structural components
  • Inspect systems for OSHA and ASME compliance and operational integrity
  • Maintain detailed service records and maintenance logs
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Use a variety of tools including hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices
  • Collaborate with safety and production teams to ensure minimal downtime and safe operations
  • Participate in preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring to the Table:



  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in crane, hydraulic, or industrial equipment maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and OSHA crane safety standards
  • Ability to weld and fabricate (MIG, TIG, or stick welding experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and using fall protection
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in challenging industrial conditions
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, relays, VFDs) is a plus
  • Crane inspection certification and CMMS experience are preferred but not required
