We are seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to drive our Treasury Management Sales and Client Experience strategy - aligning business development, onboarding, and service delivery to create an exceptional and differentiated client journey. This senior role will lead a high-performing sales and onboarding team, accelerate revenue growth, enhance profitability, and serve as a key partner across the enterprise to deliver innovative treasury solutions to our most critical clients.

What you will do:

Sales & Strategy Leadership

  • Develop and execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy for Treasury Management, integrating sales, onboarding, and servicing into a compelling client value proposition.

  • Drive new business development and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with Relationship Managers, Segment Leaders, and Wealth partners.

  • Lead pricing strategy and deal structuring efforts, ensuring revenue growth and margin improvement while minimizing waivers or discounts.

  • Serve as a senior advisor on complex client needs, ensuring best-in-class Treasury product structuring and execution.

Team Development & Management

  • Lead and inspire a team of Treasury Sales Officers, Analysts, and Onboarding Managers, setting clear goals, coaching for performance, and cultivating a high-performance, client-focused culture.

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of the team; ensure strong succession planning and bench strength.

Client Experience & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to enhance the end-to-end client experience, particularly focusing on onboarding and servicing as strategic differentiators.

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for service or delivery issues, championing solutions that align with client expectations and internal capabilities.

Market & Industry Engagement

  • Maintain deep awareness of market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs; influence product innovation and go-to-market readiness.

  • Represent the bank in community, industry, and client forums, reinforcing Associated Bank's leadership in Treasury Management.

What you will bring:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required; advanced degree or MBA preferred

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years in Treasury Management sales, with 7+ years in a leadership or management capacity

  • Demonstrated success in managing metro/large commercial market clients and complex cash management needs

  • Deep knowledge of Treasury products, industry trends, and customer experience best practices

  • Strong executive presence and client-facing communication skills

  • Strategic thinker with an ability to translate vision into execution
