 Work with cross-functional teams to complete full EPC on small to medium capital projects including engineeringProduce project scope document, Request For Quotes and bid comparisonComplete project cost estimating and Capital Authorization Requests to be presented company-wide to the Capital Review BoardIssue PO's, change orders as needed and process related invoices while ensuring budget is not exceededEnsure project scheduling is on trackComplete project close out in timely manner on all projectsManage multiple projects with different priorities at various phases of the capital processDevelop project scopes with input from several disciplines: process engineering, operations, materials movement, safety, constructionWork closely with Construction Coordinator to ensure projects are delivered on time and scheduleWork with onsite Environmental to ensure permit compliance with any changesEnsure projects conform to corporate safety, environmental, RAGAGEP and other applicable standardsProvide quick feedback to 3rd party engineering firms as neededParticipate in PHAs or HAZOPs as neededParticipate in corporate internal capital and safety auditsComplete/Implement MOC's by projectUpdate plant procedures as neededTrain operations on new systemsHand off of varying documentation for project closure and record keepingInteract with contractors and suppliers on a daily basisMonthly/quarterly/annual reporting on overall capital budget for Fresno Minimum Qualifications:
