We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will oversee all aspects of discovery, requirements gathering and documentation of functional and technical software requirements. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly versatile and talented, team.

The best qualified candidates will have at least 2+ years of real-world experience as a Project Manager. Familiarity with Web applications and Internet technology, strong communication and writing skills are a must. A strong work ethic, great attitude and dedication to success are expected. • Own product direction, roadmap, definition, and delivery of several simultaneous online applications.
• Gather customer requirements for online business process including (but not limited to) filing and payments online.
• Negotiate requirements with several cross-functional groups -customers, customer service, and development.
• Drive product definition, development, launch, and ongoing maintenance
• Evaluate and propose new business opportunities.
• Establish project milestones and timelines based on the design and scope of work.
• Assign project management team members to appropriate projects.
• Provide assistance with overall project coordination.
• Attend weekly project meetings to disseminate project status information.
• Business Analyst experience is a plus.

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business.
• Minimum of five years of prior experience.
• Must display a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers with varying technical experience or knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and deliver results to meet customer expectations
• Proven experience managing clients or partners to a specific business or solution objective.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent written communication skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly flexible and entrepreneurial environment
• Must enjoy working both independently and within project teams
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and pay obsessive attention to detail
