Manager, Facilities - Laundry

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

We're looking for aManager of Facilities, Laundry Servicesto oversee and optimize our laundry operations, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the laundry services team

• Ensure timely and efficient processing, distribution, and inventory of linens and garments

• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery

• Train, schedule, and support laundry staff to ensure a productive and positive work environment

What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE

• Location: La Crosse, WI Main Campus

• Schedule: Hours typically between Monday-Friday days with willingness to work outside standard hours as business needs permit

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Prior managerial experience in a related maintenance, facilities management field.

• Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of safety standards

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
