In this customer-forward position, you would provide quality assurance services and client support at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Saxonburg, PA. Primary responsibility will be working with various manufacturing teams and our clients to achieve quality production and continually improve the processes to ensure customer satisfaction.  Engage clients on quality requirements, assessments, and challengesWork with manufacturing teams to deliver product that meets or exceeds customer quality standardsPerform inspections and audits of materials and audit manufacturing processes and logsIdentify and report discrepancies with standardAssist in training on inspection procedures and equipmentWork with cross functional teams both internal and external as neededAssist with troubleshooting and cause and corrective action investigations. Create and maintain documents using the computer.Assist in development of Quality documentation (FMEA, DOE, PPAP, FAIR, MSA, SPC)Update and maintain the quality database.

 Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, inspection/measurement equipment and inspection techniques

 Education/Experience:  
 
     
 High School diploma or equivalentOne of the following:
 
       
 Associate degree in Metrology with CQT certification or above. Journeyworker paper in Quality AssuranceMinimum 5 year's work experience in a Quality role with CQT certification or above.
