Mass General Brigham International Patient Services strives to provide outstanding care and service to patients from around the world who travel to Boston for care. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Clinical Navigator collaborates closely with staff, physicians, and patients to enhance the delivery of patient care services along the continuum of care. As part of a globally-oriented, multicultural team, the Clinical Triage Specialist works closely with team members to assess inbound inquiries for clinical appropriateness and to ensure clinical itineraries are delivered efficiently and expeditiously, while continuously improving the patient's experience. In tandem with the administrative team, he/she assesses patients' clinical journeys to maximize clinical impact with high sensitivity to the special needs of traveling patients.
