Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Summary/Job Purpose General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sweep & mop by hand - Use a ride on & walk behind floor scrubber Clean up spills with appropriate equipment Collect and dispose of trash Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Keep cleaning supplies in stock Ability to manage your time efficiently Basic cleaning of machinery Essential Physical Functions Ability to perform moderate physical activity Be able to stand/walk/sit during entire 8 hour shift, except for allowed breaks Be able to lift 25 pounds Equipment Used Forklift (ride on) Floor Scrubber (ride on) Floor Scrubber (walk behind) Scissor & articulating aerial lifts Knowledge and Skills Must have attention to detail and be able to modify a routine if necessary Basic math Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or equivalent No Prior Experience or Training required.
