We have a great opportunity for a Field Services Coordinator, under the direction of the Field Services Manager. This position efficiently assigns customer field service appointments to ensure Aqua's commitment to customers is met. We are looking for someone to assist field service supervisors in workload distribution, adjusting field personnel and customer schedules. Manages and monitors field operations in the Company's work force management system for all of Aqua's service territories nationwide. Provide operational metrics and various reports to reflect state of the business. Actively provide input to improve business processes and results. Provide direction in line with the Company's mission to assure standards of service to the customer is maintained in accordance with Company objectives and Public Utility Commission requirements in various states.
