Are you looking for a fantastic career at Aqua America? We have a great opportunity for a Field Services Coordinator, under the direction of the Field Services Manager. This position efficiently assigns customer field service appointments to ensure Aqua's commitment to customers is met. We are looking for someone to assist field service supervisors in workload distribution, adjusting field personnel and customer schedules. Manages and monitors field operations in the Company's work force management system for all of Aqua's service territories nationwide. Provide operational metrics and various reports to reflect state of the business. Actively provide input to improve business processes and results. Provide direction in line with the Company's mission to assure standards of service to the customer is maintained in accordance with Company objectives and Public Utility Commission requirements in various states.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Responsible for overseeing Aqua's electronic work force management system on a daily and intra-daily basis. Ensure overnight auto-dispatch process was executed correctly and the manual dispatching of same-day orders is handled in a timely manner.
* Coordinate the daily assignment and dispatching of electronic service orders to Aqua's field employees located through multiple states and departments.
* Work closely with Aqua's Customer Operations department to assist with appointment scheduling, service order generation, account inquiries/trouble shooting, order status, and cancellations.
* Enforce proper system use and administration work including, but not limited to; shift and work area assignments, attributes, safety checks, field coverage changes, sales and acquisitions, and blackout periods.
* Maximize field efficiency through use of system features; help improve and enforce system use, ensure field employees are set up in the most efficient manner.
* Ability to create work orders in Aqua's Customer Information System (billing system), asset management or work order system(s) and to perform account and service order investigations as well as system trouble shooting and general support.
* Ability to analyze data for Field Services to investigate patterns of work order types, field employees, and travel and completion times.
* Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must possess at least a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
* Must have three (3) or more years business experience in a Customer Service or Customer Field Service capacity.
* Employee must be available to work a Monday through Friday (8:30-5:00) schedule, alternate shift schedules and overtime during emergency situations, if needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Experience in a dispatch environment is a plus.
* Candidates must be familiar with use of personal computers and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable with using web-based data systems.
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to pick up new concepts quickly and put them into practice
