Overview: We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Service to join a team supporting a federal healthcare contract. This role involves both administrative and customer service responsibilities, including contacting healthcare providers to retrieve missing documentation and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 7am-7pm CST.
Key Responsibilities: * Contact medical and dental providers via inbound and outbound calls to retrieve missing or incomplete documentation. * Educate providers on documentation standards and service expectations. * Sort and attach incoming faxes to appropriate orders and update records accordingly. * Analyze order requests and determine next steps based on contract specifications. * Meet daily performance metrics (50-60 orders/day; average of 7 orders/hour). * Collaborate within a regional team ("pod") assigned to specific states or regions. * Ensure timely return of documentation in accordance with KPIs.
