Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

1. Troubleshoot and perform complex corrective mechanical repairs on plant facilities and manufacturing equipment.
2. Conduct scheduled mechanical preventive maintenance as outlined in the company's preventive maintenance system.
3. Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities performed by external contractors when required.
4. Procure necessary maintenance supplies electronically using approved vendor systems established by the Purchasing Department.
5. Participate in daily Facilities Team meetings to align on manufacturing support priorities and communicate effectively with Leadership.
6. Maintain accurate records of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
7. Assist with scrap metal collection and coordinate transfer to local recyclers, as needed.
8. Support winter safety efforts by clearing and de-icing walkways, when necessary.

What You Bring:

Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in related field

Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work across multiple departments.
